Cancellation Policy
At Ismartshoppy, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled to keep the process clear and fair for everyone.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your order number clearly in your cancellation request.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated within 1 to 2 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms will not be treated as valid.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only for eligible cases mentioned in that policy.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation
COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method such as UPI, card, or net banking.
Refunds generally reflect within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Ismartshoppy reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by the payment gateway or fraud checks
In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
