2. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners. Delivery availability depends on courier service in your area.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.
4. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on selected pin codes.
6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for return approval. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
8. When will I receive my refund?
For approved returns or cancellations, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds usually reflect within 8 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. Without the video, replacement or refund requests cannot be approved.
